Special Release Pinot Noir 2023

A boutique vineyard located in the Bellarine. The vineyard was established in 2018 with two varieties planted, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The terroir is volcanic black soil and the vineyard benefits from climatic conditions that come from being located close to Port Phillip Bay. The second vintage of Pinot Noir was harvested by hand in 2023 and matured for 12 months in a combination of new and old French oak barrels. The wine has been developed to produce a limited edition Pinot Noir. With light floral notes and exceptional fruit aromas, with a hint of spice enhanced by the qualities of their Bellarine’s maritime climate. As a small but unique wine growing region. A limited production of this second vintage from Seventy Greenhills Estate has been released.
